Raphael, formerly supervisor of the Idaho national forest with headquarters head-quarters at McCall, Idaho, arrived in Offden this morning to take charge of the' minor road and trail work of the forest service- Hereaftor he is to have his headquarters here. Mr Raphael will go to Boise, Idaho, on Fehruarv 15. for a conference with the Rolse county commissioners relative rela-tive to the construction of the Low-man-Stanley road that it Is proposed to build 'luring the comlnp year. From there he will return to McCall for the purpose of cleaning up the ; details Of his office work there nnd ar-ranslng ar-ranslng to bring his family to Ogden.
