Show Theatres The Camp Lewis Players, composed of twenty-three professional artists who had been In training In Camp Lewis when they formed their vaudeville vaude-ville organization, won favor with the) patron.-, of the orpheum theater last, night with a rollicking good show. The soldiers were not given the support sup-port their show merited, which may : have been due to the Monda night date and so many counter attractions. Lieutenant j Armstrong, head of the company and an excellent siiieCr, was morale officer offi-cer of the camp. He was a guest at the Weber club yesterday noon and entertained a number of luncheon guests with several songs. Later in the afternoon, members of the company com-pany Were guests of the Ladies' Liter-:ary Liter-:ary society at the Easter tea and gave j several numbers. |
