BLOW BRAINS OUT j NEGRESS ASSERTS x "Judge, he shoved a gun against my stomach and threatened to blow my brains out," said Elenora Townsend, colored, in testifying against William Henderson, also colored, who appeared before tho city court this morning on a charge of disturbing the peace. Notwithstanding this and similar statements on the part of Mrs. Townsend, Henderson was adjudged ad-judged not guilty by Judge D. R. Roberts, and the case dismissed. The case arose out of domestic troubles, tho testimony showing that Mrs. Townsend had told Henderson's Hen-derson's wife that he was paying attention to another woman. Henderson, Hen-derson, accompanied by his wife, visited tho Townsend home to settle set-tle the questions "which had arisen In the Henderson household. Mrs. Townsend claimed that she was in the bathroom washing her dog when the couple came to her house and that in the conversation that ensued, Henderson drew a gun used vile language.
