Show j "Conditioned" Students Will Be Assisted in Strengthening Strengthen-ing Themselves A six weeks' summer school course will' be offered this year by the Ogden City board of education, under tho direct di-rect supervision of Principal John A. Junk. Many students have been "condi-tioned" "condi-tioned" in one or more subjects on account ac-count of sickness or irregularity in attendance. at-tendance. It is to give them tho opportunity op-portunity to work off such "conditions" "condi-tions" during tho summer months that the school is being organized. The summer school will be carefully supervised and organized. Tho groups will be" small and the work Intensive and tho Instruction almost Individual. Students will be allowed to tako only two hours' work a day. A small tuition fee will be nskod. Additional work will, be allowed only upon recommendation, rec-ommendation, of the student's instructor in-structor for the closing year. Certificates Certifi-cates of work done during the summer sum-mer school will bo accepted by tho various principals in tho fall. Teachers will bo prepared to glvo work in any primary, intermediate, junir and senior high school subject. Tho school will bo in session from Monday, May 24. until Friday, July 2. Classes will be held each day from S until 12 o'clock. Monday registration will take place in tho following school buildings, and the student may register In tho building build-ing nearest home: Mound Fort, Madison, Madi-son, "Washington and the senior high school. Assisting Mr. Junk will bo Mrs. Gertrude Ger-trude Coolidge, Miss Consuelo Stewart, Miss Lun'a Fronsbcck and others. nn |
