NEW UNION FORMED IN OGDEN IS LOCAL NO. 738 H. W. Beckett, Sr.. last night organized or-ganized Local No. 738, International Steam and Operating Engineers, which includes steamshovel. stationery and steam roller engineers. Twenty-five men were initiated, af tcr which the latest union in Ogden elected officers C. T Reed was made president, F. E. Clarey. vice president, and H. F.
