I Parker, prominent irrigation engineer J of Ogden, and chief englner of the r, in Water Storage association, yes-! j terday. addressed the students of the department of Irrigation and tne I members of the Agricultural Englneer-i Englneer-i Ing Society of the I'tah Agricultural College.
