Show Very Great Rush of Immigration Coming NEW YORK. Feb. 1. The United' States is on the eve of a "very groat rush of immigration, such as we have never seen before," in the opinion of J Alfred Hampton, assistant commls-j sioner general of immigration, who conferred with Ellis Island officials today to-day on plans to expand facilities at Ihe immigration station.
