FOR YOUNG Sunday evening, Dec 28, the North Ogden ward choir was reorganised and le now ready for the New Year's work Because of his having been called an E r.cnior president of the Thirty-eighth Quorum of Seventy, Arthur G Berrett, the leader of the choir was honorably released, as were the other officers of tho organization, Fred Gainer, president: presi-dent: Lois Berrett, secretary; Thorn:: Morris, treasurer, and Cnrl S. Storey, librarian. The following now organization organ-ization was effected: J. William Gibson, Gib-son, president; Leona Holmes, b 1 i iry, and Douglas Ellis, librarian. The new officers purpose getting a . . v. -iiipi ol suitable music for ward rhoir work such as anthems, cantatas, etc., increasing their membership, and promoting the spirit of choir loyalty. Phe social side will not be overlooked ind from time lo time socials and concerts con-certs will be given. - |
