Tho communication com-munication is addressed to the mayor and city commissioners. The resolution resolu-tion adopted by the members of the organization in regular session on January Jan-uary 20. is as follows: "Believing that the service rendered to i he citizens of Ogden by the Utah Power and Light Co. is very inadequate inade-quate and that a municipal lighting and power plant is not only feasible but real necessity, therefore bo il I Rosoled by tho Ogden Trades and Labor Assembly in regular session assembled as-sembled on this 26th day of January, 1920, that we urge the Honorable Mayor and Commissioners of Ogden City to take Immediate steps looking to the installation ol a municipal lighting light-ing and power plant.
