Show NEW MEASURE AGAINST CRIME IS ADVOCATED BISMARCK, N, D , Nov. 25. A bill delinincr criminal syndicalism which would ake it a telonv in this state to advocate or teach "the dutj necessity of propriety ot crime, sabotage, violence vio-lence or other unlawful methods of , terrorism," will be introduced, prob .!ht tomorrow by Representative E. iV. Herbert, In the North Dakota leg Islature, which began Its extraordinar;. Ion today. The bill would prohibit assemblages for teaching or syndicalism syndical-ism and provides a penalty of not less :than ten years imprironment or fine !of not lcs: than (6,000, or both. After hearing addresses by Gov. L J. Frazier. and Associate Justice j E. Robinson of the state supreme court and referring to a committee a reeCj lution to ratify the woman's federal suffrance amendment, both houses ad journeel until tomorrow. The bouse affairs committee tonight decided to present, the amendment for action to-1 morrow. In his address to he leglslaure Gov Frazzier urged appointment of a com mlttee of five to "investigate any attempt at-tempt made by individuals or corpora 'ions to destroy the credit of the state by misrepresentation of its laws or of its industrial program; also to investi-1 gate election frauds; also the ilk-gall acts of public officials " Borne legislators were or the opinion that this would mean a long special I session.
