Major Ernesto Enclso de Arce, you have been found guiltv of rebellion, not including the charge of desertion gainst you; you have been condemned condemn-ed to death; but your sentence Is hereby here-by commuted to 20 years imprisonment imprison-ment ' Antonio E. Trillo, you have been found guilty of rebellion and,' not in eluding the charge of desertion against you. You are sentenced to serve six years and eight months." The prisoners then, in accord with (he findings of the court martial, were delivered to the military commander to carry out the sentences.
