The fedoral trade commission an-nounced an-nounced the first issuance of licenses ( under German dye patents. Proper for- I mulas have been arrived at after ' months qf experiment. Concerns benefitting by the license will pay the alien prop-erty prop-erty custodian 5 per cent of their H gross receipts from the sales of tho jH articles involved, or 5 per cent of a valuation determined by the trade commission.
