Americans in the Fight. LONDON, March 24. The number num-ber of prisoners captured by the Germans now numbers over 30,-000 30,-000 and the number of guns 600, the German official statement says today. French, English and American regiments which were brought up from the southwest for a counterattack, counter-attack, were thrown back on Chau-any, Chau-any, the official statement adds.
