Show oo DECISION AS TO PRIORITY Of LIEI A decision was rendered by JudgcA. W. Agee In the case of Stephen H. Lynch, as receiver of tho Merchants' bank, against Ethel E. Lavton, Ida A. Lawton and Minnie P. Bowman, a suit which sought to establish the priority of a Hen on household furniture at 526 Twenty-fifth street. The defendants, Ethel and Ida Law-ton Law-ton defaulted. The judge decided In favor of the plnlntiff and against these defendants Intho sum of $1372.74, attorney's at-torney's fees and costs of $13.40, but in favor of the defendant, Bowman, by ordering her lien on the household furniture fur-niture at the placo stated as precedent to any claim of tho plaintiff. |
