Show REARING HELD ON INSURANCE CLAIM A preliminary hearing of the case of Johanna D. Jenson, plaintiff, against the Continental Casualty Insurance company, was held before Referee P. D. Nebeker, of the state industrial commission today. Mrs. Jenson is endeavoring to collect col-lect insurance which she claims Is due her by virtue of state workmen's compensation com-pensation act which went into effect last year. The plaintiff maintains that Frederic Fred-eric Jenson, deceased, received an injury in-jury while in the employ of the P. J. Moran Construction Co., which led to an operation which preceded his death. The accident occurred while Jenson was caring for horses belonging to the construction company, according to the plaintiff. The attorneys for the defense claim that the operation preceding Jonson's death was not made necessary by Injury In-jury or accident occurring while Jenson Jen-son was in the employ of the P. J. Moran Construction Company. on |
