Show Fil ISSUE OF IIS GUI BE EXCHANGED ST IIS Holders of Liberty loan bonds of tho first and second issues may now convert con-vert their bonds into those of the third issue, paying AVi per cent interest according ac-cording to instructions received this morning from tho Federal Reserve bank in San Francisco, Bond holdera are asked to make the transactions through the same bank which issued the bond to them. The bulletin follows: fol-lows: Holders of the 4 per cent bonds of tho first Liberty loan converted and of the second Liberty loan may avail themselves of the privilege of con- certlnir infn Al. nor rrnt hnnHo hv presenting their bonds for conversion through the banks which handled the original subscriptions. These bonds are not convertible after November 9, 1018, even If subsequent sub-sequent series of bonds should bo offered of-fered at a higher rate. Therefore, the conversion privilege must be exercised, exercis-ed, if at all, on or before November !), 191S. The bonds to be delivered upon this conversion will bear interest at tho rate of 4U per cent per annum from tho last Interest date (May 15, 1918, or June 15, 1918). No payment of accrued ac-crued interest Is required.
