The report, of a loan by Ogden City from Warren W Hickman of 116,000 was adopted. On account of the number of voting precinet.s being increased from seventeen seven-teen to fifty-four, the commission approved the suggestion of County Clerk Ramey for tho purchase of new election booths, annexes and ballot boxes for the next tall election Mr. Ramey reported to the city commissioners commis-sioners that if purchased at the present pres-ent market price, considerable would be saved as he had learned that the price of booths are scheduled to advance ad-vance in the near future.
