Show IMPEACHMENT OF DEPUTY DEMANDED PARIS, Jan. 17. Admiral Bienaime, member of tho chamber of deputies for the Seine, intends to demand the impeachment im-peachment of M. Augagneur, deputy for tho Rhone, for falling in his duty as minister of marine in the cabinet of M. Viviani, says Humanite. According to tho newspaper, Admiral Ad-miral Bienaime charges that, although Admiral dc Lapeyrere thrice disobeyed disobey-ed M. Augagneur's Instructions to cease convoying French transports from Algeiria and as a result of this disobedience the German cruisers Goe-ben Goe-ben and Brcslau escaped from the Mediterranean into the Dardanelles, M. Augagneur took no ateps against the admiral. The newspaper adds that M.
