The Germans made two raids last night on the Champagne Cham-pagne front. The raiding parties were repulsed, the war office announces. On the lower Piave near Venice tho Italians have checked an Austrian at- tempt to dislodge them from their recently re-cently won positions and threaten tho defense of the Venetian lagoons.
