Utah Copper was singled out by the shorts, losing almost two points before rallying moderately and American Telephone and People's Gas were among the heaviest utilities. I The other noteworthy movement in i rails was a two point gain by Canadian Pacific. Trading was almost at a standstill during the noon hour, but the ten-, dency of prices was steadily upward.
