IS SINE SAY DOCTORS OF OGDEN A f t or an nvamiiwllmi nf TTnnt W Larsen, an aged man who has been living for some time at tho county infirmary, by a sanity board composed jof Judge A. W. Agec, Dr. Edward I. ; Rich and Dr. Sid Badcon today, It was decided the subject was not insane and hf was ordered sent back to the infirmary, Doubt surrounds tho motives of the infirmary keeper, according to some county officials, and his action is demanding de-manding an investigation as to Larson's Lar-son's sanity may be the subject of considerable discussion. It is said the old man was of a perfectly normal mind considering his age. A report from tho infirmary was received re-ceived to the effect that Larson had been violent and had caused much trouble, disturbing room furnishings and requiring extra attention. The old man was so paralyzed in hands and feet with rheumatism that he had to be lifted bodily from the automobile by Deputies Gelger and PIncock when brought to the county jail and carried into the office. When the examining examin-ing board was ready, he could not even walk from the office of the county Jail into the sheriff's private room, a distance dis-tance of about three feet, but had to be carried on a chair. He was so decrepit that he could hardly speak and answered with difficulty dif-ficulty the questions of the board. |
