Show Admiral Wilson H Refuses a Cross H Offered by French PARIS, Sept. 1. (Correspondence of the Associated Press) Admiral Hen-ry Hen-ry B. Wilson, commander-in-chief ol the American naval forces in French waters, refused the cross of the Le-gion Le-gion of Honor when President Poin-care Poin-care and Minister of Marine Georges Leygues visited him at Brest on Aug-ust Aug-ust 15 and 16.
