A Joint resolution repealing House Joint ' Resolution No. 1, a passed by the twelfth ses- slon of the Legislature of tho State of Utah, nd proposirrg n new resolution in lieu thereof I nmcndlng Section 22 of the Constitution of tha State of Utah, by adding Section i- thereto. relating to the prohibition and regulation of fl , sale, manufacture, use, advertisement of, pes-session pes-session of. or traffic in intoxicating liquors. , I Whereas, Home Joint Resolution No. 1, I proposing to amend the Constitution of tha State of Utah by adding Section 3 to Article IH . XXII. has been passed by both Houses of this i legislature and filed with tho Secretary of State; and Wnercaa, the engrossed copy thereof difTer-j in a certain important respect from the ro-lutlon ro-lutlon ns actually pasted by both Housej, in that in the sixth line of Section 3, as pro-posed, pro-posed, after tho word "nnture" the words "and all malt nnd brewed drinks" were omitted from said engrossed copy.
