BRASSARDS HAVE ; ARRIVED IN CITY i The first consignment of mourning brassards have arrived at the headquarters head-quarters of the local Red Cross chapter chap-ter rooms and the same may be had upon the presentation by parents or wives of the notification from Washington Wash-ington of the death of a soldier or sailbr. These brassards are to be worn as a badge of honor by only immediate members of the family of thoso who made the supreme sacrifice in this war. i Brassards may be 'purchased by other oth-er than wives and parents for the jsum of 65 cents, the cost of production.
