Show ORDNANCE ORDERS CANCELLED AT SLUMS I ST. LOUIS, Mo., Nov. 26 M. E. Singleton, chief of the St. Louis district dis-trict of the ordnance department of tho United States army, announced today to-day that tho government plans to end work in this district on ordnance contracts con-tracts estimated at $200,000,000 under ttrms to contractors that will least disturb labor and business conditions.
