Italy, upon the occasion of the third anniversary of the entrance into the world war of the Romans, j The chief feature of the observance in Salt Lake was an international pa-I pa-I rade last night, in. which civic and military organizations of the United (States and of Italy and representat i es i of the American Red Gross Joined. The parade was unique in many features, and was an inspiring sight to thousands thous-ands of Salt Lakers and people from outlying towns of Utah, who gathered I along the main street of the city to witness 1L The stars and stripes of "Old Glory" and the green, white and red of the Italian national emblem floated side by side, and with them was unfurled to the breezes the flag of the Red Cross organization, that humano society so-ciety which is bringing succor and aid to American, Italian, Kn nchmnn. The parade. was not only a celebration celebra-tion of the third anniversary of entrance en-trance into the world conflict of Italy on the side of the allies, but was a Red Cross drlvo feature also.
