Children of the Day j Nursery to Have Fine Dinner 1 Sixty happy Utile children of the Martha Society nursery, whose lovely home is situated at the corner of Elizabeth Eli-zabeth street and Washington avenue, will enjoy a tempting Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow and following the dinner will participate in a program of music and recitations appropos to the occasion. The little folks spend happy days at the homo under the able guidance of tho matron. Holidays are especially looked forward to by the youngsters and nothing is overlooked which will make these days especiallv ; pleasant for them. Members of the Martha societv and other friends of the society Interested in their splendid work, donate very substantially to the home. For this year's Thanksgiving, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Bristol donated the ducks, while Robert Agee gave the amount of $10 ; and Mrs. Joseph E. Wright donated the Ice cream for the dinner. Follow- ing is the menu which will bo carried put tomorrow: Duck with dressing Mashed Potatoes ; i- Gravy j Cranberry sauce ' Corn j Celery ; Ice Cream Cake Later in the afternoon Mrs. R. B, Porter will be present to accompany : the children in their musical numbers. m |
