Show NEVADA GOVERNOR HAS A SUGGESTION Suggestion for a conference of the governors of the several states is made in a telegram sent by Governor Boyle of Nevada to President AVilson. a copy of which has been received by Gover-' I nor Bamberger. The Nevada governor! would have the chief executive of the I several states meet with the president in Washington after the special session ses-sion of congress has convened, that , they may learn the exact needs of the nation during the international crisis and act as national emissaries to their several states. The telegram to the president follows fol-lows : 'May I respect full suggest the expediency ex-pediency of a call by you for a com ference of governors to meet at Wash- ington shortly after the convening of! the special session? "After such a conference the respective respec-tive stab' executives could return somewhat as national emissaries equipped to intelligently and concert-edly concert-edly to urge popular approval of such I chances in the military system as may be decided upon by the government; to locally assist in the direction of the organization of industrial and other forces which may be called upon fori I service and to carry in a most efec- J tive and personal way to the people' J the message of its national govern-j I ment affecting their obligations in this I crisis.
