Show ' NOTICE OF INTENTION ' I Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of said Board of Commissioners to make the following follow-ing described improvement, to-wit: To create Jefferson Avenue between Twenty-eighth and Twenty-ninth Streets as a sewer district, and to con struct therein a sewer of vitrified or concrete pipe of sufficient capacity, to-K'-ther with the necessarv manholes .j . aicuu bu-incD mierais iruui the main sewer to the curb line, and to connect all with the manholes of the present sewer system, and all other things necessary to complete the whole in a proper manner according accord-ing to the plans, specifications and profiles on file In the office of the City 1 Engineer, and to defray the whole of the cost and expense of the abuttor's portion thereof by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon the lots or Pieces of ground within the following : described district, being the district I jo be affected or benefited by such j improvement, namely: All the land lying between the outer boundary lines of said street and a line drawn 132.00 feet back from and parallel to said outer boundary lines on both 1-sides 1-sides of Jefferson Avenue between Twenty-eighth and Twenty-ninth Streets, being Lots 3 and 4.
