Show MISS ffflEI Soldiers Mutiny and Take Possession Pos-session of Town Cadets Subdue Mutineers. PETROGRAD, July 23. A dispatch to the Bourse Gazette from Nijni Novgorod Nov-gorod relates that on July 17 a regiment regi-ment of troops ordered disbanded for insubordination mutinied, took possession posses-sion of the town and were still in con-, trol July 20. Cadets sent from Moscow Mos-cow to subdue them battled with revolvers, re-volvers, resulting in casualties on both sides and the surrender of the mutineers, mutin-eers, who at last accounts were held prisoner. A parley with the commander com-mander of the Moscow garrison after order had been restored resulted in an agreement to surrender control. n n |
