Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX AND DELINQUENCY DE-LINQUENCY OF THE SAME. To Whom It May Concern. Under authority of Section 278 of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, and "as directed by Section 1056 of the Revised Re-vised Ordinances of Ogden City, 1915. The undersigned Treasurer of Ogden Og-den City, Utah, hereby gives notice that a Special Tax for the purpose of building concrete Sidewalks in Sidewalk Side-walk District No. 144 in Ogden City. Utah, has been levied and confirmed by an Ordinance of the Board of Commissioners Com-missioners of Ogden City, Utah, Adopted and passed September 11, 1916, and published September 12, 1916. Said Special Tax is levied upon all property abutting on the following Streets to-wit; all that part of Hennl-ger Hennl-ger Avenue on both sides between Twelfth Street and Thirteenth Street, the north side of Twelfth Street, between be-tween Washington Avenue and Engineers' Engi-neers' Station 144 plus 41.6 "B" the south side of Twelfth Street between Washington Avenue and Engineers' Station 147 plus 85.0 "B," and the west side of Farley Avenue between Twelfth Street and Engineers' Station 205 plus 07.0 "A" and to a depth of 50 feet backt therefrom, and which is further described as follows: Part of the northeast quarter of Section 21, part of the northwest quarter of Section Sec-tion 21, and part of the northeast quarter of Section 20 all In Township 6 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, United States Survey. Said tax is payable In five installments. Tho first Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 1st day of November, 1916. The second Installment becomes de llnquent on the 12th day of September, Septem-ber, 1917. The third installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 12th day of September, Septem-ber, 1918. The fourth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 12th day of September, Septem-ber, 1919. The fifth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 12th day of September, Septem-ber, 1920. Each of said installments except the first draws Interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the 12th day of September, 1916, until delinquent de-linquent and if said tax or any installment in-stallment thereof shall be unpaid after aft-er the delinquency thereof, interest thereon thereafter will bo 8 per cent per annum until such assessments are fully paid.
