To tho Stockholders of tho New York & Great Western Mining, Smelting & Development Company: Notice Is hereby given that a special meeting of the stockholders of tha New York & Great Western Mining, Smelting & Development company will be held on the 23rd day of October, Octo-ber, 191G, at the office or the company, com-pany, Room 201 Col. Hudson building, southwest corner Hudson avenue and Twenty-fourth street, In the city of Ogden, county of Weber, state of Utah, at 4 o'clock p. m., and that the purpose of said meeting Is and will bo that of acting upon a proposition to amend the articles of incorporation, of the said company so that Secton 5 will read aa follows: "Section 5. Tho capital stock of this corporation ahall be ?60,000,JO, which shall be divided into one million (1,000,000) shares of the par value cf five (5) cents oach." Dated this 21st day of September, 1916.
