Show nj TO DEBATE WITH DENVER. Logan, April 16. Howard Mough-an Mough-an and Harold Peterson, representing represent-ing the Utah Agricultural college, will debate Holbrook Working and Daniel Wolfe, representing the University Uni-versity of Denver, this evening at the U. A. C. chapel in Logan. They will debate the question. "Resolved. That the judges of all courts of general gen-eral and appellate Jurisdiction, other than federal courts, should gain office of-fice by some method other than pop ular vote." The affirmative will be supported by the Utah Agricultural college The debate will be Judged by P. L. Williams, general attorney for the Oregon Short Line, and Attorney At-torney Frank B Stephens, both of SaJt Lake City, Attorney Fonnesbosk of Logan will act as chairman of the evening. |
