Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of said Board to make the following described improvements, im-provements, to-wit To create Madison Avenue from the south side of Twenty-fifth Street lo the north side ot Twenty-eighth Eireet as a paving district, and to pnv therein with two inches of asphalt as-phalt on a six-inch concrete foundation, founda-tion, between gutters, together with the necessary grading and excavating excavat-ing thereof, and to defray the wholo of the cost thereof, estimated at $23.-472 $23.-472 by a local assessment upon the lots nnd pieces of ground lylnp and being within the following district, being the district to bo affected aod benefited by said improvement, viz: All the land lying between the outer out-er boundary line ot said street and a line drawn fifty feet outward from and parallel to the said outer boundary bound-ary lines, being Lots 1, 7, 8. 9, and 10, Block 1; Lots 1 and 10, Block 14; and Lots 1. 7, 8. 9, and 10, Block 15; all in Plat "A," Ogdon City Survey. Sur-vey. Also on Lots 6 and 6, Blook 2. Lota 2; 3, 4, 6 and 6, Block 3, and Lots 5 and 6; Block 6; all in Flat "B." Ogden City Survey. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such Intention must be presented, in writing to the City Reporter oa gr-before the let day o May, 1915, at 10 o'clock a m., that ; being the time set by said Board oi ; Commissioners when they will hear , and consider such objections as may I be made thereto, at the Mayor's office, of-fice, at the City Hall, Ogden City, j Utah.
