NOTICE . Of Special Meeting of the Stockhold-ers Stockhold-ers of the New York &. Great West, ern Mining, Smelting & Development Develop-ment Co. To the Stockholders of the New York & Great Western Mining, Smolting &. Development Company: Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of tho stockholders of tha New York & Great Western Mining, Smelting & Development company will be held on the 23rd day of October, Octo-ber, 1916, at the office of the company, com-pany, Room 201 Col. Hudson building, southwest corner Hudson avenue and Twenty-fourth street, in the city of Ogden, county of Weber, state of Utah, at 4 o'clock p. m., and that tho purpose of said meeting is and will bo that of acting upon a proposition to amend the articles of incorporation of the said company so that Sectfon 5 will read as follows: "Section 5. The capital stock of this corporation shall be $50,000.J0, which Bhall be divided into one million (1,000,000) shares of tho par value cf five (5) cents each." Dated this 21st day of September, 1916.
