OCR Text	Show AUTHOR OF BALLAD DIESATGREENBAY Greenbay, Wis.. Oct. IS. Eben Eu gene Rexford, 68, poet and author, died today from an attack of typhoid fever. Rexford was the author of the ballad "Sliver Threads Among the Gold." oo PAPER REAPPEARS. The Hague, Oct. 18, via London, 3:45 p. m. The Socialist newspaper Vorwaerts of Berlin was published against today after suppressed for 10 days. In a notice to its readers signed by the directorate of tho Social-Democratic party it states that the Vorwaerts Vor-waerts was suppressed by the order of the military commander of Branden' burg on account of an article dealing with the activities of opponents of Chancellor von Bethmann-Hollweg.
