Show PROPERTY FITS THE INNES DESCRIPTION. Salt Lake, May 1G. A tract of suburban su-burban property which positively and completely corresponds to the describ-tlon describ-tlon given by Victor E. Inncs in correspondence cor-respondence with Bloise Nolms Dennis Den-nis has been discovered southwest of Salt Lake City by J. W. LeCraw of Atlanta, Ga,, who Is here on an in-vestlgation in-vestlgation or the Innos case for the slate prosecutor's offico of Georgia. Mr. LeCraw leaves here today on the return trip, thoroughly satisfied that ho has located tho property referred to by InneB, who Is now awaiting trial in Georgia on a charge of defrauding Mrs. Dennis, for whoBO murder he was tried in San Antonio, Texas, In 1914, but was discharged on account of legal technlcaltles. Tho evidence discovered by Mr. LeCraw Le-Craw while hero will do much to strengthen the case of the prosecution, ho believos. Not only did he find the property -for which he was searching, but he also secured a certified copv of a marriage license issued here to In-nes In-nes n 1910, to prove that at the time he Is alleged to have promised to marry tho southern beauty he was the husband of the former Ida Mae Har-baugh Har-baugh of Bingham, Utah, who Is nou jointly Indicted with her husband In thetomquatcaafv, , j |
