Show TWO ARE SUSPECTED OF POISONING MAN Salt Lake, May 16. Claude Smith 19. and Harry Larson, 34, a steamfit-ter, steamfit-ter, were arrested Inst night shortly after 10 o'clock by Detectives Williams Wil-liams and Egbert and held on an open charge pending the condition of Harry Fenton. a laborer living at 451 West Third North street, who was found lying nearly dead from the effects of morphine in a rooming house at 205 West Second South street. Tho man was removed to the emergency hospital hos-pital and died there at 2:30 o'clock this morning. Becoming frightened at tho condition condi-tion of Fonton. who had' been drinking drink-ing heavily with him during the afternoon, after-noon, Larsen said that he had tried to call a doctor from the rooming house, but unable to reach any he called call-ed the emergency hospital. On responding, re-sponding, the officers found Fenton in a serious condition and took him immediately im-mediately to the hospital. |
