Show ME SURE-THING HI FORFEIT THEIR BAIL ' Mark Franklin, A, B. Clark and G. Williams, charged with vagrancy each forfeited $25 ball in the municipal munici-pal court this morning. They wore arrested last week by Detectives Chambers and Sypbers, following an alleged attempt to lead an eastern tourist into a "bunco" game. James F. Sullivan was sentenced to serve ten days in jail, for attempting to sell jewelry without a license. The jewelry was of the "phoney" type and Sullivan became abuse In his efforts ef-forts to sell it, being under the influence influ-ence of liquor when arrested by Patrolman Pa-trolman James Hearn. Davy Jones and Tom McDonald, drunks, were each sentenced to servo five days In Jail. Thomas Roberts, an alleged drunk, forfeited ?5 ball. H. Brown, 53 years of age, was found guilty of disturbing the peace and given a 10-day jail sentence. He was arrested by Patrolman Hearn on lower 25th stroot, after he had used abusive language toward a woman store-keeper In that locality. D. R.
