Show 1 Society ELKS' DANCE TONIGHT. The local Elks will entertain at an Informal dancing party tonight in their club Tooms. Miss Lillian Thatcher's orchestra will furnish the music and refreshments will bo served. THIMBLE CLUB. The Sego Lily Thimble club will meet next Tuesday, April 28, with Mrs. Somervlllo as hosteas. AT MAIDS' AND MATRONS' CLUB. Mrs. Ruth Eldredge Meakln will give her lecture this evening upon Shakespeare at the Maids' and Matrons' Ma-trons' club for tho benefit of the Shakespeare club of Utah. During her engagement hero Mrs. Meakln will interpret three plays, "The Merchant Mer-chant of Venice," "Romeo and Juliet," and "Hamlet." Tho tickets for the readings read-ings may be prooured at tho Culley, MIsch and Mclntyre drug stores. The ovont is in celebration of the Shakespeare Shake-speare tercentenary weok.
