oo WHEN MEMORY FAILED The well-beloved bishop of a certain diocese is so absent-minded that liis family is always appro-hensive appro-hensive for his welfare when he is away from home. Not long ago, while making a journey by rail, the bishop was unable to find his ticket when the collector asked for it, " Never mind, bishop," said the ticket collector, who knew him well, "I'll get it at the next station sta-tion we stop at." However, when the train drew up at ihe next stopping place the ticket was still missing. "Oh, well, bishop, it will be all right if you never find it," the collector assured him. "No, it won't, my friend," contradicted con-tradicted the bishop. "I've got to find that ticket. I want to know where I am going."
