oo ENEMY TRADING BILL PASSES THIRD READING. London, Jan. 25, 10-55 p. m.JThe houso of commons today passed the third reading of the trading with the enemy bill without division, after the adoption of amendments concerning minor details in the application of the measure. The feature of the debate was several sev-eral bitter remarks on the board of trade on the ground that it had shown too much leniency to aliens and could not bo depended upon to enforce the measure with sufficient vigor. But a motion to remove it from the board's jurisdiction was negatived without being be-ing put to a vote.
