Show BOISE GRAND JURY STILL BUSY BODY Boise, Idaho, Jan. 26. State Auditor Au-ditor Fred L. Huston and his brother, R. O. Huston, clerk in the state auditor's au-ditor's office, indicted on the charge of embezzling state transportation and appropriating It to their own use together with State Examiner A r' Van Nuys, indicted for perjury before the- grand Jury, were arraigned todav in the district court and pleaded not i guilty. Judge Davis fixed next Monday Mon-day as the date for setting the cases for trial. The grand jury returned three indictments in-dictments against Claude H. Roberts a local real estate dealer, charging him w ith obtaining money under false pretenses, or appropriating money and a mortgage intrusted to his eare George Jackson, alias Ellison, and Curley Shaul, were also indicted They are charged with horse stealing. |
