, ECGLES ESTATE HELD 111 JUDGE HOWELL'S COURT In the matter of the estate of the late David Eccles, the petition of the administrator. David C. Eccles, that all matters connected with the estate-be estate-be transferred to Judge James A. Howell's division of the district court, was granted today by Judge N J. Harris. The reason for the petition, as stat ed by the petitioner, was that it was considered best to have all matters in the case heard by one Judge, so as to avoid any misunderstandings. It was also stated that Judge Howell has charge of the vast securities on the million dollar bond of the administrator, admin-istrator, and. is familiar with the administration.
