Show J, H. Mil TO FACE WIN CHARGES OF MOT Having a lengthy calendar before hrn this niorning, Judge J. A. Howell set cases for trial for the month of October as well as September. The J. II. Martin case, In which Martin is charged with robbing Mrs. i Wallin of a diamond ring in It'll, was set for trial October 21, and it is thniierht thnf 5K will rpnnirn tho balance of October, or longer, to hear it. There was another case on the calendar against Martin, but It was not set for trial, the district attorney at-torney stating that a stipulaion of continuance would be procured from the attorney for the defendant. This Is a cafe in which Martin is charged with an attempt to blow up with intro-riycerine the home of Manager U R. Eccles of the Amalgamated Sugar Su-gar company.
