Jan. 19 Reorganization Reor-ganization of two class B leagues may be the result of the application to day of owners of the Terre Haute franchise 111 the Central league for a franchise in the Three-I league. President Al Tearnev of the Three ! league said tonight that the application applica-tion of the Terre Hauteans will be passed on within two weeks. However. How-ever. Terre Haute cannot ho invaded by the Three I without the consent of the Central league. Terre Haute held a Three-I league franchise prior to the organization of the Central kacue in 1903. The Central Cen-tral league was v six-club circuit last year, but only five clubs finished th season, Springfield (Ohio) dropping out Fort Wayne, Ind .
