Show I)U JUDGES DIVIDE IE BUSINESS Of THE DISTRICT CDURT At the beginning of each year, Judges .lamps A. Howell and Nathan J. Harris, determine what class of legal business shall be attended to by each, the two Judges alternating In miscellaneous matters. In regular criminal and civil cases Judge Howell How-ell hears the odd numbers and Judge Harris the even numbers. Bach case on file Is numbered. Last year Judge Howell attended to probate and guardianship matters and Judge Harris had to do with naturalization natural-ization affairs, but this year the order or-der will be reversed. Respecting the hearing of naturalization petitions, Judge Howell has changed the time of hearing from the third Tuesday to the third Monday of each alternating month, the first hearing of the year to be Monday. January 18. Respective business assigned to the two divisions of the district court is as follows: To Judge J A. Howell.
