Major General Frederick Funston, commanding command-ing the department of tho south, left tonight tor Douglas, Ariz., to supervise super-vise the movements of American troops in the preservation of neutrality neutral-ity during General Villa's expected attack at-tack on the Mexican border town of Agua Prieta.
