Show BOYS HELD FOB THE STEALING OE WHEELS Lloyd Stallings, aged 19 years, and Villard Sorensen, aged 17 years, were taken into custody yesterday evening by Patrolman Blackburn and are now-facing now-facing charges of petit larceny, the loimer in the municipal court and the latter In the juvenile court. It is alleged that the two were partners in several recent bicycle thefts. Sorensen was arrested first, his apprehension ap-prehension being brought about by Robert Burrup, proprietor of a local bicycle repair shop Sorensen brought a bicycle wheel to Burrup's shop to sell, but Burrup recognized it as belonging be-longing to Orval Olsen. He told the boy to leave It for an examination nnd return for his money. When he returned, Patrolman Biackbum was or hand and placed him under arrest He was questioned as to where he got the wheel and said that another boy had sold it to him Sunday night. The officer then took him to his heme and searched the premises, but the remainder of the bicycle could rot be located While questioning Sorensen further as to where the other part of the bicycle was, one of hl6 brothers said, "Why, Willard. that other boy has the rest of the bike " Vina statement, it Is alleged, gave the whole thing away, and Sorensen made a confession, implicating Stallings Stal-lings Stallings was arrested at his home shortly afterward and a search of the Srallings' premises re ca ed two complete bicycles, two blc-cle frames., acats and hand e burs and five front rnd rear wheels.
