Show OFFICERS OF CLUB TO BE ELECTED By BALLOT A special meeting for next Mondav night has been called by the directors of the Weber club for the purpose of having the members of the club pass on the question of changing the by-! by-! laws so that officers may be elected ; by ballot In the future. The amendment amend-ment has been drawn up by a com-I com-I mittee comnoied of J H DeVlne, J. L. Carlson and T. H Carr, and is as follows: Section (a) The election of offi cer? slum ue neiu on me isecona iun-dav iun-dav in January of each year (b) Thirty days prior to the general election the board of directors hall appoint a nominating committee, consisting con-sisting of seven members of the club, who shall nominate candidates for election to the offices of the club in the manner hereinafter provided (c) The nominating committee sh.ill. within three days after their appointment as hereinbefore provided, provi-ded, prepare a list of five candidates for president, five candidates for vice president, five candidates for treas -urer and twelve candidates for dlrec tors This list, when posted, shall be known as the official ticket, from hich the members may select by ballot, bal-lot, as hereinbefore provided, one candidate for president one candidate for vice president one candidate for treasurer and four candidates for directors. di-rectors.
